About this directory

JDM Dealerships is an independent review directory of JDM importers and dealers in the United States. Its purpose is to help US buyers find, compare and rate the businesses that bring Japanese-market vehicles into the country.

Why it exists

Buying an imported vehicle means trusting a business with a complex process: sourcing, inspecting, shipping and paperwork. Today that trust is hard to check. This directory is being built to make a dealer’s record visible over time through moderated, buyer-written reviews, so a buyer can judge a business on how it actually performs.

Independence

The directory is not owned by, and is not affiliated with, any dealer or marketplace it lists. It has no shared branding or ownership with any marketplace that lists the same dealers. No business can pay to change a rating or a position, and if advertising is added later it will be clearly labelled and kept separate from rankings.

Data boundaries

• No Google ratings or reviews. This site does not republish Google ratings, review counts or review text. Ratings here come from reviews written on this site.
• No contact details published without review. Dealer emails and phone numbers are not published by default. Business facts such as name, website and location are reviewed before anything goes live.
• Moderated, anti-spam reviews. Reviews pass through a moderation queue and spam checks before they appear. Reviews are never overwritten by a data sync.
• United States only. The directory covers US states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.

What is live today

The directory is being built, and no dealer listings, ratings or reviews are published yet. The pages you can use now are the state and vehicle-type templates, the guides, and the submission path. There is no placeholder data on this site.
